First Baptist Church Clinton, Missouri exists to fulfill the Great Commission by loving people into a growing relationship with Jesus.

We shall seek to fulfill the Great Commission following the pattern of Acts 1:8. We will form strategic partnerships with existing churches or organizations to accomplish our mission. Henry County is our Jerusalem, North America is our Judea/Samaria, and the people groups of the world represent “the ends of the earth.”

Acts 1:8 (the Bible verse) “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come on you, and you will be My witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth” (HCSB).

ActsOne8 is FBC Clinton organized to fulfill the Great Commission.  ActsOne8 consists of four standing teams:

• Global Outreach Team, comprised of the leaders of the other teams provides overall leadership.
• Jerusalem Team, comprised of persons who focus on mission opportunities in Henry County Missouri.
• Judea/Samaria, comprised of persons who focus on mission opportunities in North America.
• Ends of the Earth, comprised of persons who focus on mission opportunities among the people groups of the world.

The Jerusalem, Judea/Samaria, and Ends of the Earth teams are open to anyone who is interested in the area.
