The children and their leaders truly honored God Sunday through the presentation of Jonah’s Druthers.  I was blessed and inspired by the children.  Blessed by the gospel presentation and the reminder that God sends all of us into his harvest fields.  The children and their families inspire hope of a very positive future in the church.  These children, unlike my generation, are growing up in a church where mission involvement is the norm.  They are learning early that loving God is serving God in Clinton and to the ends of the earth.  The future church may look very different at this young generation lives out the reality that “missions is not what we do, it is who we are.”

As always it is great to be home and serving with you.  The Canada team will report on their trip Sunday evening (8/25).  I am really glad to have been part of this team.  I thank God for the opportunity to be part of this great on mission church, glad I am your pastor.
