First Baptist Church Clinton, Missouri

Men register now!  You can register for this national men’s conference in the church office.  The registration fee is $30 (includes lunch).  After September 23 the fee is $55 and lunch is not included.  Make checks payable to First Baptist Church.

Attend free!  Pick up a registration sheet from Kathy in the church office.  Register five friends, collect their registration fee (payable to First Baptist Church), return the form and money to Kathy, and you get in FREE.  Registrations must be in the office by September 23 in order to qualify for one free admission.  Register now and invite some friends.

You might want to pay for yours anyway because all fees after the lunch is paid for go to Action Missions of Osceola, MO.  Jim Yeats, whom many of you know, leads Action Missions.

I am convinced that the key to reaching men for Jesus is men, who are actively involved in the mission of Christ, inviting other men to join them on the journey.  We have a good number of men who are engaged in the mission of Jesus and I am glad I’m their pastor.

The challenge is huge.  An International Mission Board analysis of Henry County population data by Jim Slack indicates that approximately 7,891 people have no religious affiliation.   If one-third of them are men, then there could be over 3,000 men in Henry County who are lost without Jesus.  Let’s make it hard for men to go to hell from Henry County Missouri!
