General Fund
The General Fund supports the mission, ministries, and facilities of First Baptist Clinton. The General Fund provides the financial foundation for everything we do in the community and around the world.
ActsOne8
ActsOne8 is the brand for local and global missions of First Baptist Clinton. ActsOne8 follows the pattern of Acts 1:8 and helps fund the mission mobilization of people and mission projects beginning in Clinton and extending to the ends of the earth.
Building
The Building Fund is currently a means of saving for future expansion. The church has a masterplan for future buildings as needed and is debt free. The financial philosophy toward building is save as much as possible, borrow as little as possible, and pay it off as fast as possible.
Benevolence
The Benevolence Fund is a means to support members who find themselves in unusual and extraordinary circumstances. Benevolent care is provided anonymously and administered by a Benevolence Ministry Team.
Each person should do as he has decided in his heart—not reluctantly or out of compulsion, since God loves a cheerful giver.
I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do all this through him who gives me strength.
Father, you give to me with a lavish hand, you do not withhold from me of your great grace and mercy. Let me live and serve you also with a generous heart. In the name of your Son, who gave his all. Amen.
